Who We Are
Apex Care is licensed to deliver home and community-based services in Minnesota for adults and people with disabilities. Our professionals assist individuals eligible for Minnesota’s Waiver Programs to get access to benefits, employment training, housing, and other resources to help them live independently in their community.
We work with clients and their families every step of the way, from assessing their specific needs to the transition process to a new home or job. Our professionals are dedicated to helping them develop self-sufficiency and live life to the fullest.
